This is a summary of what the SolumeCore platform includes today, grouped by area, with a link to the document that explains each one in depth. It is not a changelog: it carries no release dates and it only lists what exists in the platform, not what may come later.

One rule applies to the whole page. SolumeCore controls many features with switches, and some are off until the team enables them for a product, a location or a plan. Those are marked optional below. If you cannot see something described here in your panel, it is not enabled for your service. Plans, prices and locations are not part of this page: see the plans page.

Ordering and delivery

  • Five products from one account: VPS, VDS, web hosting with cPanel, game servers, and apps and bots. See what is SolumeCore.
  • Automatic delivery after the payment is confirmed, with no ticket. If something fails the system retries and notifies staff. See create an account and place your first order.
  • Several locations with a live ping measured from your browser. See locations and data centers.
  • Bring from another host: an assistant to move an existing server or site over. Game servers can be copied over SFTP; other importers, such as a cPanel transfer or a VPS disk image, are optional.
  • Cart, to buy several services in one order, is optional.
  • Waiting list when a location has no capacity: depending on configuration the order is either refused or queued.

VPS and VDS

  • KVM virtual machines with root access, a dedicated IP address, power controls and a log of actions. See VPS vs VDS.
  • Consoles: an SSH terminal in the browser and a graphical console (noVNC), which is on by default.
  • Reinstall from a template, with a confirmation because the disk is erased.
  • Performance history of CPU, memory, disk and network for 1 hour up to 30 days, and a notice when a plan's included transfer is almost used.
  • Upgrade to a bigger plan paying only the difference for the rest of the cycle.
  • Backups, snapshots and automatic backups, rescue mode, reverse DNS, extra IPs and extra disk bought from the panel, scheduled downgrade and one-click apps are all optional and depend on the location and plan.
  • Shared access with roles for other people. See delegated access and subusers.

Game servers

  • A purpose-built panel: live console, file manager with a 7-day trash, SFTP, MySQL databases, scheduled tasks and history. See the game server panel guide.
  • Minecraft depth: Paper, Purpur, Spigot, Folia, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Quilt, hybrids and proxies; version and Java changes; plugins and mods from Modrinth and other catalogs; players with kick, ban, operators and whitelist; TPS, crash diagnosis with one-click fixes, worlds and saved server templates.
  • Other games from the catalog, with settings validated before saving. Which games are on sale depends on what is published.
  • Backups with lock, download, restore, schedules, rotation and a retention policy; world-only backups and restoring part of a world are on by default but can be switched off. Off-site backups do not exist yet. See backups and retention.
  • Shared access: roles and a complete permission list, with SFTP keys per person. See game server permissions.
  • Networking: extra ports, a free game name with automatic DNS and your own domain (the free name is optional). See game server networking and subdomains.
  • Test copy, sub-servers, hibernation for idle servers and temporary boosts are optional and depend on the plan.

Apps and bots

  • Python, Node.js, Bun, Deno, Go, Java and Rust, running all the time with no cold start. See apps and bots hosting.
  • Deploy from Git, including private repositories and automatic deploys by webhook, from templates, the file manager or SFTP.
  • Environment variables, package management, live console, scheduled restarts, logs kept 7 days by default and health checks.
  • Zero-downtime deploys for HTTP apps, on servers that support it. Bots keep the regular deploy.
  • Managed databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB) if the plan includes them, with backups and metrics.
  • HTTPS domains for your app, a free subdomain or your own, where the HTTPS proxy is available.

Web hosting

  • A cPanel account with email, MySQL databases, FTP, a WordPress installer and automatic SSL through AutoSSL. See web hosting with cPanel.
  • A simpler hosting page in the client panel for domains, DNS, mailboxes, databases and backups, with live plan usage.
  • DNS zone editor with quick templates, and one-click setup with Domain Connect where the provider supports it. See domains and DNS.
  • Restoring an account from a daily server backup and moving in from another cPanel are optional.

Billing and payments

  • Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly cycles, renewal invoices created in advance, PDF and CSV export. See invoice lifecycle and renewals.
  • Payment methods: card, PayPal and account credit; crypto is optional. See payment methods and crypto payments.
  • Automatic billing with a saved card, with credit first or credit only, and an optional automatic top-up. See account credit and automatic billing.
  • Coupons and automatic discounts; volume discounts and a referral program are optional. See coupons and discounts.
  • No refunds: payments are final and non-refundable, with a clear chargeback process and a way to report billing errors. See no refunds, chargebacks and billing errors.
  • Optional commerce features: a single billing date, paying several invoices at once, gift cards, pausing a service, pay-per-use plans, a free plan and credit pools that friends can top up.

Security and protection

  • Two-step verification, passkeys, backup codes, Discord and Google sign-in, device and session control, sign-in alerts, confirmation before sensitive actions, SSH keys and an activity log. See account security.
  • DDoS protection at the network edge and a firewall page for VPS and VDS, with modes, port and country rules, lists and an attack report. See DDoS protection and firewall.
  • Abuse measures with notices and appeals. See acceptable use and abuse measures.
  • Guarantees are optional commitments, such as price locks and credits for outages. They appear in the panel only when the team turns them on, follow the conditions published when you order them and never create a right to a refund.

Support and status

  • Tickets with image attachments and an optional automatic diagnostic of the service.
  • A public status page with 90-day history, a Service status page in the panel and free email alerts. See service status and incidents.
  • An AI assistant for tickets and a copilot inside servers are optional.
  • The help center for short how-to guides.

Automation and integrations

  • REST API with API keys, limited to authorized IP addresses, to list services, control power and manage the firewall of VPS and VDS. See the Client API and the API overview.
  • Webhooks and integrations that tell Discord, Slack, Telegram, Teams, email or your own system what happens. See webhooks and account events and integrations and notifications.
  • AI API (MCP) so an assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT can manage your servers under rules you set. See AI and MCP API.
  • Official Discord bot to control servers from your Discord.

FAQ

Does SolumeCore have an API?

Yes, a REST API for VPS and VDS with API keys, plus webhooks, integrations and an AI API. See the API overview.

Which features are available on my plan?

Your panel shows exactly what applies to you: missing tabs mean the feature is not in your plan or not enabled. Compare plans on the plans page.

Is there a mobile app?

No app is documented. The client panel works in the browser and has a mobile layout with a bottom navigation bar.

Is off-site backup storage available?

Not for game servers yet. VPS and VDS backups are stored apart from the server where enabled. See backups and retention.

Where do I follow new features?

The site has a changelog page and the status page shows incidents and maintenance. Features that need a switch are announced when the team turns them on.
