Most problems on SolumeCore come down to a handful of causes: an unpaid invoice that suspended a service, a server that crashed for a known reason, an IP address that is not authorized for an API key, or a payment that is still being confirmed. This page is organized by symptom: find what you see, check the likely cause and apply the fix. It also lists the keyboard shortcuts of the panel and of this documentation.

If nothing here solves it, open a ticket from Tickets and tick the automatic diagnostic: it attaches the state of the server, its plan and location, recent actions, this month's usage and any open incident, never your passwords or files.

Start here: four quick checks

  1. Is the service suspended? A banner at the top of the server page says so, with a See invoices button. See service suspension for non-payment.
  2. Is there an incident? Open Support → Service status in the panel or the public status page.
  3. Is your plan or permission the limit? A missing tab or a "no permission" message usually means the feature is not in the plan or the owner did not allow it. See limits and quotas.
  4. Did you wait? Payments, DNS and installs take a few seconds to a few minutes.

Client API errors

The Client API answers with an HTTP status and a JSON body { "error": "..." }. The message is in Spanish, so rely on the status code.

bash
curl -i https://api.solumecore.com/v1/services \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer sk_live_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

-i prints the status line and the headers, including x-ratelimit-remaining and retry-after.

Status Typical message Cause Fix
401 Falta el header "Authorization: Bearer ..." The header is missing or malformed Send Authorization: Bearer <your key>
401 API key inválida o revocada. Wrong, deleted or revoked key Create a new key; the secret is shown only once
403 Esta IP no está autorizada para usar esta API key The IP your code calls from is not on the key's list Use Account → API and webhooks → Ask to authorize IPs and send the public IP (see below)
403 Tu cuenta está suspendida or cerrada The account is not active Open a ticket
403 Tu IP está bloqueada. The IP address is blocked Open a ticket
404 Servicio no encontrado The id does not exist or is not yours Use the id returned by GET /v1/services, such as vps-3315
400 The validation message Invalid firewall value, or a setting that cannot be "removed" Check the body against the Client API
409 El servicio todavía no está activo The service is still being set up or is suspended Wait or check the panel
409 Maintenance, no IP yet, or a usage or security block The node is under maintenance, the service has no IP, or starting it is blocked Read the message; open a ticket if it persists
429 Demasiadas solicitudes para esta API key You exceeded the rate limit Wait the seconds in retry-after
502 No se pudo completar la acción en el nodo or El firewall no respondió correctamente The machine or the firewall did not respond Retry in a moment; check the status page
503 A firewall message The firewall service is not available Retry later

The 403 about the IP address

A key only works from IP addresses that SolumeCore authorizes for it, by hand. Create the key, press Ask to authorize IPs (it prepares a ticket), list the public IPs your program calls from and wait. Find your public IP from that same machine with any "what is my IP" service. A home or mobile connection can change IP; a fixed IP or a server is more reliable. See API keys and limits and quotas for the rate limits.

Servers

My server will not start

Check What to do
Suspended Pay the overdue invoice: the service comes back on its own
A backup restore or reinstall is running Wait; that part of the panel comes back when it finishes
Minecraft EULA The console offers Accept and start on a new server
It starts and then stops by itself See the next section, the crash causes
Pay-per-use without credit, or a security block The panel says why; add credit or open a ticket
The node is under maintenance Check the status page

If Stop does not respond, use Force stop from "More power options", knowing that unsaved data is lost.

The server crashes or stops by itself (Minecraft)

Go to Console → Performance & crashes. The Crashes section explains every time the server stopped by itself and, when it can, offers a one-click fix. Diagnose now analyses the latest log. This relies on the platform's server monitoring, which is on by default.

Cause Typical fix
It ran out of memory Lower view distance or plugins, or upgrade the plan
Wrong Java version Switch the Java version; the panel can do it
A dependency is missing Install it; the panel can fetch it
A client-only mod is installed Remove or disable that file
Incompatible mods or a plugin that fails to load Disable the file named in the evidence
The port is already in use Check the ports in Network & domain
The EULA has not been accepted Accept it
The world is corrupted Restore a backup

You can also turn on Start it again automatically with a maximum number of retries. Stopping it yourself does not count as a crash.

The console says "Lost the connection to the server"

The console shows Reconnecting… and then "Lost the connection to the server". The usual causes are a server that is suspended, installing or restoring, a network problem on your side, or an expired session. Reload the page and press Reconnect. On a VPS or VDS a browser console session lasts at most 4 hours, so it also closes by design. If it keeps failing, check the status page. Shortcut: the backtick key opens or closes the console inside a server.

SFTP does not connect

Symptom Likely cause and fix
Authentication failed with a correct password With 2FA on, use an SFTP password or SSH key, not your account password
Authentication failed on a new server The username lacks the .xxxxxxxx suffix; copy it again
Timed out or refused Wrong port (it is not 22); use the one in the panel
Worked yesterday, fails today Password changed, service suspended or a restore is running

The full list is in SFTP connection reference.

Players cannot join

Check that the server is Online, that you gave players the address from the panel and that the free name shows as published. Bedrock needs the name and the port typed separately. See game server networking.

Payments and billing

The payment was rejected or did not complete

The panel says "The payment wasn't completed. Try another card or method." or "We couldn't process the payment." Your bank can decline without SolumeCore seeing why. Try another card, PayPal or credit. "Card payments aren't available right now" means the option is temporarily off; try again later. See payment methods.

The payment is "being confirmed"

The screen says "We're confirming your payment" and updates by itself. It usually takes seconds. Do not pay again. For crypto, confirmation depends on the network; see crypto payments.

I paid and my service is still suspended

Make sure you paid the renewal invoice itself and no other renewal is overdue. A dispute or an abuse measure is not lifted by paying. See service suspension.

My coupon is not valid

Check the spelling. The coupon may be paused, tied to specific plans, limited per customer or out of cycles. See coupons and discounts.

Account access

The verification email does not arrive

Check spam first. On the sign-in page press Resend confirmation email. The link lasts 24 hours by default, and an account that is never confirmed is removed after 48 hours, so you may need to register again.

My two-step code is rejected

Make sure the time on your phone is set automatically, then try the next code. Use a backup code if you have one, or a passkey. If you waited more than 5 minutes after entering your password, sign in again. If you lost your phone, follow account security.

"Credenciales inválidas" or a temporary block

Repeated failures block further attempts for a while. Wait, or reset your password from the sign-in page. A message that your account is suspended or closed needs a ticket.

FAQ

What does a 429 error mean?

You sent more requests than the rate limit allows. Wait for the seconds in the retry-after header and slow down. Limits are listed in limits and quotas.

Why does the API return 403 even with a valid key?

Almost always because your IP is not authorized for that key. Ask support to authorize it from the API page. It can also mean an account suspension or a blocked IP.

Why can I not see a tab in my server?

Tabs depend on the game, the plan and your permissions. Ask the owner or see game server permissions.

Should I pay again if the payment is pending?

No. Wait for the confirmation screen. Paying twice may charge you twice.

What should I include in a ticket?

The service name, what you tried, the exact message and, for API problems, the key name and the public IP. Attach the automatic diagnostic and never paste passwords or keys.
