VPS share resources with configurable overselling; VDS have guaranteed resources and live on nodes with no overselling. The difference is in how we configure and fill each node.

On average, under a minute after the payment is confirmed. If something fails or there is no capacity, we retry automatically and notify staff — you are never charged without delivery.

Yes. From the panel you pick another template (Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Windows…) and confirm explicitly, because the data is erased.
