Contact SolumeCore Support: Every Way to Reach Us
How to reach SolumeCore support: tickets from your dashboard if you are a customer, the contact form if you are not yet, and what to check first.
The fastest way to contact SolumeCore support is to open a ticket from your dashboard. If you are not a customer yet, or you cannot sign in, use the contact form on the website. Either way, a real person from our team reads and answers.
This page explains which option to use in each situation, and what to check first so you can solve some problems in a minute.
Which option should I use?
| Your situation | Best option |
|---|---|
| I am a customer and I have a technical, billing or account problem | A ticket from the dashboard |
| I want to ask something before buying | The contact form |
| I cannot sign in to my account | The contact form |
| I want to talk to the community | The Discord link on the contact page |
| I think the whole service is down | Check the status page first |
Option 1: a ticket from the dashboard
This is the best option if you have an account. Your ticket is linked to your account and, if it is about a server, to that server, so we can look at it without asking you for details.
- Sign in at dashboard.solumecore.com.
- Go to Tickets and click New ticket, or click Talk to support on Home.
- Follow the three steps and click Send ticket.
The full walkthrough is in how to open a support ticket. Replies arrive in the same conversation, and you get a notification in the bell and normally an email. You can even attach images and share passwords privately; see how to share a password with support safely.
You can open tickets even if a service of yours is suspended.
Option 2: the contact form
If you are not a customer yet, or you cannot sign in, go to the contact page:
- Fill in your Name, Email, Subject and Message.
- Complete the verification if the page shows one.
- Click Send message.
When it is sent, you see a confirmation. We reply to the email address you wrote, so double-check it. The page also shows how to email us and a link to our community on Discord, and it points existing customers back to their dashboard.
Before you write: two quick checks
Look in the help center
The help center has step-by-step guides for the most common tasks. Inside the dashboard, the Help button in the top bar (or the ? key) shows articles that match the page you are on, with a search box. When you write a ticket, the form also suggests articles that look like your problem.
Check the service status
If many things stopped working at once, it may be an incident on our side. The status page shows the state of the platform, open incidents and planned maintenance. In the dashboard, Service status also shows incidents that affect your servers, and lets you turn on email alerts for when an incident starts and when it ends.
What to include so we can help faster
- The service you are talking about (the name of the server or its code).
- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
- The exact error message, and when it started.
- A screenshot, if it helps.
