Earn Commissions with the SolumeCore Affiliate Program
Share your link and earn a commission when a referral buys their first service. Use it as credit or request a withdrawal. Here is how it works.
With the SolumeCore affiliate program, you share your personal link or code, and when someone signs up with it and buys their first service, you earn a commission. The commission is added to your account as credit you can use to pay invoices, and, when withdrawals are enabled, you can request a payout once you reach the minimum.
The program is optional and can be switched on or off by SolumeCore. The Referrals page is always there, but when the program is paused it says so and no new commissions are generated until it comes back. Your code and your referrals are kept.
How it works
- Share your link. Send it to friends, your community or your followers.
- They sign up. With your link we know they came from you. Your code also works if they type it at checkout.
- You earn. When they buy their first service, you earn a commission, shown on the page as a percentage of their first purchase or as a fixed amount per referral.
The commission is only paid on the first paid invoice of the person you referred. Renewals do not generate commissions.
Find your link and share it
- Sign in at dashboard.solumecore.com.
- In the Billing group of the menu, open Referrals.
- Under Invite and earn you see your link and Your code.
- Click Copy link, or use Share on to send it by email or through your apps.
When do you get paid
A new commission starts as Pending. It waits a few days (14 by default) in case the purchase is cancelled early or the payment is disputed, then turns Available. The list shows the date it will be available.
- Available: you can use it right away as account credit to pay invoices. See account balance and credits.
- Pending: shown as "On the way", available soon.
- Earned in total: the sum of everything you have earned.
Withdraw your earnings
If withdrawals are enabled and your available balance reaches the minimum shown on the page:
- On the Referrals page, go to Withdraw your earnings and click Request withdrawal.
- Enter the Amount (or click All).
- In Where to send it, write the bank account, PayPal or crypto address you want to be paid in.
- Send the request. Our team reviews it and transfers the money with the method you tell us. You are notified when it is paid.
Only money that comes from commissions can be withdrawn, never the rest of your balance. Your Your withdrawals list shows the status: Pending, Paid or Rejected.
If withdrawals are not enabled, your commissions work as credit to pay your invoices.
Referring yourself, or accounts that share your IP address or card, does not earn commissions and can be flagged for review.
Rules to know
- No self-referrals. If the person you refer uses the same public IP address or the same card as you, the commission is not generated (or it is held for review), and our team is notified.
- Fraud. Commissions generated by fraud can be rejected.
- Changes. SolumeCore can adjust the rates and minimums of the program with reasonable notice. The page always shows the current ones. See the terms of service.
A discount for the person you invite
When SolumeCore turns on the referral discount, a customer who signed up through a referral link gets a discount on their purchases for a limited number of billing cycles. It is separate from your commission. See how to use a coupon or discount code.
Troubleshooting
- My referral's purchase does not show up. The referral has to sign up with your link or code and buy a service. Commissions appear once their first invoice is paid.
- A commission shows as "Cancelled". It was cancelled, for example because the payment was disputed or flagged as a self-referral.
- I can't request a withdrawal. The minimum may not be reached yet, or withdrawals are not enabled. In that case your credit pays invoices.
- The program is paused. You will see a notice at the top of the page. Your code and referrals are kept.
