How to Create a SolumeCore Account and Verify Email
Create your SolumeCore account in two steps, confirm your email with our link and open your panel. What we ask for and what to do if it doesn't arrive.
Open the panel at dashboard.solumecore.com, choose Create an account, fill in your details and your billing address, and accept the terms. Then confirm your email with the link we send you and log in. The account is free: you only pay when you order a service.
Before you start
- An email address you can open right now. The confirmation link goes there, and so do your invoices and security notices.
- A password of at least 10 characters. There is no other rule, but longer and unique is better, and a password manager makes it painless.
- Your billing details (name or company name, address, country). You can also add them later.
Create your account in two steps
Step 1: your account
- Go to dashboard.solumecore.com and click Create an account.
- Fill in Email, Username, Full name and the password twice. The username must be 3 to 24 characters and can only contain lowercase letters, numbers and underscores. It identifies you in the panel and in support.
- Pick your Country and, if you want, a Phone number.
- If an anti-bot check appears, let it finish.
- Click Continue.
Prefer not to create another password? If you see Continue with Discord or Continue with Google at the top of step 1, use one of them. The account is created in one click and your email counts as confirmed because the provider already verified it. If an account with that email already exists, you simply log in to it.
Step 2: billing details
- Enter the Name on invoices: your full name, or your company's legal name if you buy for a business.
- Fill in Address, City, Billing country and, if they apply, Apartment, floor, suite, State / province, Postal code and Tax ID (VAT, RUT, CUIT, NIT...). These appear on your invoices and you can change them later.
- Tick the box to accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. You can read them first: terms and privacy policy.
- Click Create an account.
Confirm your email
After you submit, the page says Check your email. We sent a link to the address you used.
- Open the message and click the link. It works once and stays valid for 24 hours by default.
- You land on the login page with the message Email confirmed. Now sign in. Confirming does not log you in on its own, so enter your email and password.
- Once inside, open Profile & security in the Account group of the menu and go to the Billing details tab. Because your email was not confirmed when you registered, the billing address you typed in step 2 was not saved yet, so add it there.
Accounts whose email is never confirmed are deleted automatically after 48 hours by default. If you miss the window, just register again.
Troubleshooting
The confirmation email doesn't arrive
- Wait a minute and check your spam or promotions folders.
- Make sure you typed the address correctly. If you didn't, register again with the right one.
- Try to log in. The panel tells you to confirm your email and shows Send the confirmation email again.
- If you already had an account with that address, we don't create a second one. We email you a notice with links to log in or reset your password instead. See how to reset a forgotten password.
"The verification link expired or is not valid"
The link was already used, is incomplete, or is older than 24 hours. Go to the login page and request a new confirmation email.
"New account registration is disabled at the moment"
Sign-ups are temporarily paused. Try again later or contact us.
Too many attempts
Sign-up, login and recovery forms limit repeated requests. Wait about 15 minutes and try again.
FAQ
Is it free to create a SolumeCore account?
Yes. Creating the account costs nothing and you don't need a card. You only pay when you order a service.
Can I sign up with Discord or Google?
Yes, when those options are enabled they appear as Continue with Discord and Continue with Google. You can also link them later from your account, see how to link social accounts.
Can I change my username or email later?
You can change your username from Profile & security, but it is part of your SFTP user, so your file connections change too. The account email is changed through a ticket, see how to change your account email or password.
