Can't Log In to Your Account? Fix SolumeCore Login Issues
Can't log in to SolumeCore? Learn what invalid credentials, a temporary lock or an unconfirmed email mean, and how to fix each case in a few minutes.
If you can't log in to SolumeCore, read the message the login page shows and match it below. Most cases come down to a wrong email or password, an unconfirmed email, a temporary lock after several failed attempts, or an account that was created with Discord or Google and has no password yet. Each one has a quick fix.
Some error messages come straight from our system and may appear in Spanish even if the panel is in English. Each one is translated below.
Match your message to the fix
| Message you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Credenciales inválidas (invalid credentials) | The email or the password is wrong, or the account has no password | See "Wrong email or password" |
| Demasiados intentos fallidos (too many failed attempts) | Temporary lock after repeated failures | Wait 15 minutes, see "Account locked" |
| Confirmá tu correo antes de iniciar sesión (confirm your email before logging in) | The account was created but the email link wasn't used | See "Email not confirmed" |
| Tu cuenta está suspendida / cerrada (your account is suspended / closed) | The account can't be used right now | See "Suspended or closed account" |
| Verificación anti-bot fallida (anti-bot check failed) | The security check didn't complete | Reload the page and let it finish |
| Enter your code | Password accepted, 2FA is the next step | See 2FA problems |
Wrong email or password
- Log in with your email, not your username.
- Check for typos, caps lock and extra spaces. Click the eye icon in the password field to see what you typed.
- Make sure it is the same address you registered with, in case you have more than one.
- Still failing? Use Forgot it? to get a reset link. See how to reset a forgotten password.
Did you sign up with Discord or Google?
Accounts created with Continue with Discord or Continue with Google have no password at first, so typing an email and password gives "invalid credentials". Click the same provider button you used to register. If you also want a password, reset it from Forgot it? to create the first one, as explained in how to link social accounts.
Account locked after too many attempts
After 5 failed logins in 15 minutes, the login is blocked for 15 minutes by default, for that email from that connection. There is also a wider limit that counts failures from any connection against the same account. Wait for the lock to expire before trying again. If you don't remember the password, request a reset link instead.
Email not confirmed
New accounts must confirm their email before the first login. Look for our message (and in spam), or click Send the confirmation email again on the login page. The link lasts 24 hours by default and unconfirmed accounts are deleted after 48 hours. Details in how to create a SolumeCore account.
Suspended or closed account
A suspended or closed account can't log in. If it was closed recently, the message may include a date until which you can ask support to reopen it. Contact us with your account email and we will tell you what's going on. Do not include your password.
Problems with Discord or Google
- "Your Discord sign-in expired": start again from the login page.
- "Your account has no verified email": verify your email on Discord or Google first.
- "Signing in with Discord is not enabled": that option is off right now. Use your password.
- "New account registration is disabled at the moment": the provider's email isn't linked to an account and sign-ups are paused.
Other causes
- A VPN or proxy. If enabled by SolumeCore, logging in from a VPN, proxy or datacenter network can be refused. Turn it off and try again.
- The anti-bot check doesn't load. Disable extensions that block scripts for this site, or try another browser.
- Two-step verification. If the code isn't accepted, check your phone's clock and see how to enable two-factor authentication. If you lost the phone, follow what to do if you lose your 2FA device.
- Too many requests. The forms limit repeated requests for about 15 minutes.
FAQ
I forgot which email I used. What can I do?
Check your inbox for messages from SolumeCore, such as invoices or welcome emails. If you can't find the address, contact us with the details you remember about your services.
Does SolumeCore lock my account for good after failed logins?
No. The lock is temporary and lifts by itself, 15 minutes by default.
Can I log in with my username?
No, use the email address of your account. The username is shown in your profile and is used in connections such as SFTP.
Are my servers affected if I can't log in?
No. They keep running. Only access to the panel is affected.
